Directions: 
From the 101 Freeway in Thousand Oaks:
Exit Lynn Rd and head west for 6.3 miles to the trailhead on the left.
Park in the small dirt area at the trailhead. This can be popular so be sure to park in a way that leaves space for other vehicles

 This area has several trails that can make a few different loops of varying degree of difficulty. Today I was after a specific geocache, so I headed toward the old ranch site and headed down a trail that eventually connects with the Hidden Pond Trail in Point Mugu State Park.  I did not have much time before work so I just went straight to this cache and back. Nice trail, maybe next time I will continue down into the canyon and explore the Hidden Pond Trail.
