Malibu Springs Trail/Nicholas Flats Loop

Directions: 
From Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu:
Head north on CA-23/Decker Rd for 2.4 miles to Decker School Rd
Turn Left onto Decker School Rd and continue 1.4 miles to the dead end.
Trail starts at the dead end of the road. There is limited parking at the dead end.

Just a quick hike before work today in Malibu. We started off heading north on Malibu Springs Trail. The trail has some great views looking north as in the photo above. 

After looping around the northside of the park, we headed back east on the Nicholas Flats trail and then curved north back toward the car. A very interesting area that I will need to come back and explore more thoroughly at a later date.
